Fabriq digitises lean management: the daily meetings, performance boards, problem solving and routines that structure how an industrial site runs. It aims to be the operating system of the factory floor.
Octave Lapeyronie and François Déchelette founded it in 2019, in the first cohort of OSS companies. In five years it won more than 600 sites in 43 countries and reached profitability in 2024; in 2025 it raised €22M led by Expedition Capital Partners, with OSS Ventures, to expand in the United States, Northern Europe, the UK and the German-speaking markets.
