Juno helps manufacturers capture, unify and act on production data from both people and machines, replacing fragmented, paper-based processes with real-time operational intelligence.
It came out of a pattern the OSS team noticed at the end of 2021, after visiting 180 factories directly: in heavily regulated industries such as aerospace, pharmaceuticals, pet food and agribusiness, productivity had been flat for five to ten years while other sectors digitised — and paper was everywhere. Juno was co-built at OSS Ventures in 2022 to go after that gap.
