Kraaft replaces the WhatsApp groups that construction and field teams actually run on with a messaging super-app built for the job: voice notes, photos and conversations organised by site and turned into structured information the office can use, without anyone filling in a system at nine at night.
Renan met the founders at the very start of OSS Ventures — no name, no company, pre-everything — around one observation: headquarters had big systems, but the critical information lived in chat. On one site visit a worker had created fourteen WhatsApp groups, with changes to aircraft parts buried between lunch plans and rugby banter. Thomas Reygagne, Marc Nègre and Cédric Boidin launched Kraaft in 2020. It raised a €3.2M seed in 2023 and a €13M Series A in 2025 led by Dawn Capital, with Brick & Mortar Ventures, Chalfen Ventures, Stride VC and OSS Ventures, and counts construction majors among its customers.
