Vela is a decision system for the chief executives of complex operations — industrial, logistics, multi-product businesses. It turns scattered data into a short weekly list of the few decisions that actually move margin, cash and turnover, and is meant to sit inside the weekly operating rhythm of a CEO, CFO or COO as they prepare and run executive and operations reviews.
Vela was founded in Paris in 2025 and co-built at OSS Ventures, its founding investor.
